Packaging
Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original. That way the chance of damage is minimal and we can make someone else happy with it. Don't have the original packaging at home anymore? Then use a cardboard box which you can seal tightly.
Refund
As soon as we have received your poducts, in good and unopened packaging, we will refund you within 5 working days via bank transfer or Paypal.
Term
You have 15 days, after receiving the goods, to return a product in original packaging.
Where should I send it back to
Any return or exchange must be accepted in advance by Clouds for Days. The customer must contact the Clouds for Days Customer Service by email to obtain a return agreement and instructions if necessary, as well as the address of the return service. Packages offered without a return request or sent directly to the Clouds for Days head office may be refused.
Damages
Did your goods arrive damaged? Then we ask you to take pictures of the damage and send them to info@cloudsfordays.eu so we can make a file and come to a solution.
Warranty
If your product is defective within the legal warranty period of 2 years, you can return it to us. After receiving the product, it will be extensively tested by our technical department free of charge. If the problem can be determined by us, the product will be replaced, repaired or refunded for you. If the defect is caused by improper use or physical damage after purchase, the right to warranty expires.
